If they do as TS seems to have been suggesting that is take $300 mil cash plus retain 25 - 30% and a royalty I've worked out the following.
$300mil less 30% tax would leave CFE with $210Mil. Divide that per share as a dividend gives a little over 36 cents per share. I would be free carrying with that.
If they gave half of that or even the 10 cents as you suggest I would be happy as well.
Now that isn't even taking into account Sappas, Pinnacle or all the other assests that CFE have.
To be quite clear - I'm not selling as CFE are so undervalued it isn't funny and I just cannot understand why people do sell at these super discounted rates. Their choice I guess. My opinion it is just their dumb uninformed decision.
