taking a skeptical approach i guess it could be assumed that the placement had in fact been planned or atleast in discussion for sometime beforehand looking back on the determination of some to restrict the price below 8c....
if that is the case i wouldn't expect much to happen here for the next 6 weeks or atleast until the GM is called & the second tranche is voted through....
just throwing darts - could always get a wild card
