I, myself have two main concerns.
ONE, being the ongoing dilution of share value by this activity, closer to 2.5 cps now? This makes the SPP a tad expensive to long term holders.
And TWO, if they have not completed the enrollments for the phase three trial by now, they may have missed the season and we will have more than a year to wait for the trial completion/results. If this is the true current situation, one could almost guarantee a share price of 1-2 cps and see more capital raising/share dilution initiatives, with the entertaining p&d, near term. But what really worries me is that they will probably accept any low, near worthless offers from institutional investors as they get more desperate for funds, therefor seriously eroding long term holders capital.
