I would have thought with a transaction of this nature, it would be handed over on full payment.
There has been no meeting to even approve the purchase, although that should be a fate de complete.

This is hardly a trivial council rates or electricity bill, where some trivial staisfaction is gained in apying as late as possible.

The sooner the IP can be utilised, the better.
Unless there is another problem, aside from being cash strapped and not able to afford it at this point in time.
If PDY are waiting for more option conversions (May), then it will be June before we see any progress on using this IP.
