    shareholders, if you do not want to be taken over, KEEP your shares for voting.

    why the share price has been pushed down? because someone wants your shares;

    if the share price is going up every day, no one would sell it, only when share price goes down day after day; small shareholders will give up thire shares, especially it down breaks TECHNICAL points!!!!
