MN, my question is, what does having a 50% interest in the tenements entail, especially if they have no shareholdings in EXE. Do they get a 50% share of the gas that EXE extracts from the ground without any further contribution to production costs? Can CNOOC set about drilling their own wells on their 50% of the tenements? I.e. what specifically does having a 50% interest mean in terms of responsibilities and product.
