Looking at the deal with Tincom, it is not great on face (numerical) value. This indicates IMO that there must be some understanding of firm commitment, firmer than what is implied in the deal. I think Tincom must have a good understanding with ESI, but are cautious of what they are laying out in writing at this stage. Tincom have also got massive incentive to get Coldry commercial. I would not be suprised if we see some strong buying from some Vietnamese investors even instos.
