    The hidden hand of The Silver Users Association could be felt for the first time in a piece today on Bloomberg. The message was that higher silver prices mean "higher
    costs"for producers &" higher prices" for customers. We
    went through all this in 1980 . Looks like Blythe and company have a whole bag of tricks in store for us.
