It is starting to smell badly in my view.
However that said the original 'option' to acquire the 80 odd million shares plus attaching options was conditional on shareholder approval in accordance with the ASX's listing rules.
Happy to be corrected, but I don't think this placement will on the same scale as the first: 15% rule?
