rem csm game over that's not correct, once they have 50.1% they have control and can amalgamate (roll up is a better term)balance sheets, they do need minority shareholder approval for the sale of any major asset though.
90% is just the level they need to pass so they can proceed to mop up the minor shareholders at the same price without their approval and also delist the company from the ASX.
The last few convertible notes are probably just holding out until they have gone past the 90% as once they have converted there's no going back, probably the same for the option holders, Besides the convertible notes accumulate interest daily, they will convert and give them up though, because shortly they either have to convert or only get 38c? back for each one.
Game over what does CSM look to next, TIR?
