I just want to make sure I understand you clearly,that unless we get up to $1.40 by 2012/2013 Hendersons options are worthless. So he will only get salary and nothing else in that case. And as director seem to love options I'm assuming he damn well expects us to be up to $1.40.

I'm pretty busy fighting City Hall at the moment to look at his whole compensation package but can somebody post a bit more details on it. Thanks
