You sort of prove my point. If you are getting a FIT of 60cents a kilowatt, and electricity off the grid only costs 20 cents a kilowatt, you would be mad to plug your car in at home and soak up your excess off-peak energy. It would be costing you 60 cents a kilowatt.

So you need to chat to the neighbour without the fuel cell and do a deal with him/her.
