Who screwed it up? Are you really sure about that? Have you seen what GDN has done since then, and what it is worth now? Surely that cannot all be down to Weatherford? Just because they settled out of court might have simply been a realistic business decision, that is that they thought it was cheaper than paying lawyers fees for years. Who knows? Apart from which, that would have been a completely different bunch. That was Utah, this is WA.
