why would you convert an option at this stage - then you have just paid what you paid for the option plus 5 cents.
If you want to participate then might be better to sell the option at this level and buy the fpo? But then that depends on your personal circumstances - would you bother for a pissy $5K maximum worth?

Why didn't they strengthen their share register and place with better investors than retail investors - probably because they couldn't do such a deal at 5 cents.
