"The Board of Argent expects that, in the absence of extraordinary circumstances, and based on
the continuing validity of the assumptions in the Notice of General Meeting and Independent
Experts Report released to the ASX on 19 January 2011, the exercise price of the listed options
will be reduced by $0.024 from $0.20 to $0.176. The reduction in the option exercise price will
apply only to those options that remain unexercised at the record date."
