Whatever the cost maybe,there ought to be seperate prisons for people guilty of Animal cruelty,a seperate prison for pedophiles, rapists, murderers,etc etc.....some may have a chance of getting their act together, and concentrate on ridding themselves of their particular "interest".......consequently,growing to appreciate themselves and Life in general.
Mixing these hardheads up,is no answer....they only learn other skills, from other dropkicks.
