Yes yes beer all round I say.

Not a bad deal really, we effectively are paying out approx $4million in cash and shares for about a $500 mil asset - not a bad days work.

So now our approx $60Mil MC is supported by a $1.2Bil asset plus the long list of other projects, we could triple and quadruple from here and still be absurbly cheap

My only reservation is that we now have Philip Kelso as a major shareholder and I would be very unhappy if he were to become a Board member or on the management team, dont know the guy from Adam but have not been impressed by his track record at DLS or BUY.

Much prefer Carl and the teams style and results.

Only other issue is how were going to fund development now, CR definitely on the cards in the not too distant future, with any luck mr market will price in a nice premium to current shareprice before we have to raise capital again.

Something up around a $1 would be nice :) (well I can dream)

Actually probably should not worry, Carl seems very adept at producing rabbits from tall black hats so Im sure he will work something out that does not mean to much dilution for us early believers.
