$4.50 is the minimum listing price for the Nasdaq , you are correct.
... if you listed at the minimum listing price , you'd assume that it would be perceived in the US as a sign of weakness, would it not ?
Listing at $10 + would be better
... in the States they are comfortable with shares in the high dollar ranges
