    My contact ( which is NOT Bush's contact) told me the CR was done and dusted at 3.2 cents.

    Issue of 312 million shares.

    This is a very unusual raising as WHN will place more shares than they are allowed to. So they will allocate in two parcels.

    The first parcel will be processed within coming days and the second parcel will be issued upon shareholder approval at a yet to be set EGM.
