Regarding the acreage in the DJ Basin, did you see the report from the U.S. Bureau of Land Management in Cheyenne. Essentially there has been a backlog of more than 1,500 unissued oil and gas leases in Wyoming.

Majority of the leases are now issued but 170 are yet to be released, they anticipate the release to occur over the next few weeks. (report was dated 31 March)

TB may have been unable to declare his purchases as a result of the above. Once cleared, i'd say we'll be informed pretty quickly.
