I am sure that SM is very aware of the angst that SH's are facing at the moment.
It would also be a fact that he is facing more angst than us!
My suggestion is that we leave him alone to do his job.
He has already responded to some SH's and his responses are in the TIS threads.
Let's hold off until the next ann comes - and it shouldn't be too long - we hope!
