Didn't see that issue with CDU DORC but I had to write to them yesterday (couldn't get them on the phone) and ask them why they kept rejecting my buy orders for another stock. I was placing at market buy orders and thus willing to pay to price of the lowest sell order listed. They rejected it 3 times saying something like "your order could not be filled because your order price is too far from the current bid or offer price".

At least you got a few free trades from them. They didn't even bother responding to me and the stock concerned is now considerably higher. Lucky I already have a bucket load of it !
