My PoV is .41c is an indication of the core value of a share. It doesn't relate to the "actual value" of a share when factors are included.
If CER announced a distribution per share of .09c do you think the current SP is realistic? 25% return on SP?
Does Rio Tinto distribute a $20.00 divy per year? Because that would be an equivalent scenario.

Remember CER is a cash cow of Centro Properties Group.
I'm sitting at about 210% return, I sure there are others with far greater returns to date, but no way am I selling. Can't wait for distributions to be reinstated.
