Bought bhp puts today looks overbought now ?remember WMR was trading below $5 before xstrata offer BHP will have to pay more than $8 if it wants control . Rio are trading close to 52 week highs if RIO make an all scrip bid north of $8 or Anglo join in bhp will have to pay more $$$ .
Even if bhp drops to $18 it still has had a stella run last 12 months
BHPXMZ puts look to have 100%in them if BHP fall to even $18.50.
