Really are keeping the cards close to the chest. At least the value of oil in place is no doubt rising with the higher POO. 5% of alot of oil should as people mention it increase the reserves substantially and if developed would create a new source of cashflow you have to question how best they could put the remaining cash to use in the meantime.
