did some quick research on SSN when they applied for NASADAQ listing back in 2007
They were more on the front foot and provided shareholders regular updates on their listing statuses

It took them exactly 6 months to list on NASDAQ from the logdement of registration documentation
that said, announcement of PRR on NASDAQ = definitely imminent!!!
