Apart from the gap @ $2.40 there are a number of issues that could negatively impact the SP:
Mt Weld concentrator approval
LAMP approval/protests
LAMP process - all theory at present/no pilot
Corporate governance - which has been more than covered here.
For mine the SP has gone overbought today, partially driven by Moly which stacked on $500m based on a $90m purchase???

Gotta get more back in my friend. You know why this story is good, but you're chasing yourself out of the stock with your own knowledge. By that I mean I think you are assuming the average buyer knows what you know and therefore it is baked in the price. It's not true. The average guy has no idea what is going on in rare earths. They will never give us a stock price for future production until we sell it. Then we will get paid big. The real move is right in front of us!
I respect your view, but here is mine. We crush the ore at Mt. Weld May-Oct. Then the LAMP is a little slow and production goes to years end. Meanwhile, Moly's stock structure collapses as insiders bail out. Then Lynas gets the LAMP going in full gear and starts processing the HREE. At this point, Moly delays Phoenix a year or so and puts out a press release that claims Estonian Tantalum is what really matters anyway. At that moment, even the Molydogs can't take Master Smith's nonsense. Then Lynas sells HREE that the US Defense needs for the US stockpile and we get valuations for nearly having an Ex-China full lanthanum spectrum monopoly. Possible?
I'd say from earlier conversation that you probably agree with me. If this happens, what do you think LYC sells for after all of this? Do you realize this could all happen by this time next year? Look, I'll save ya a deck chair. Just think it over and get back on the boat mate.
