My initial reaction when we were first told of the T/O bid was that Ms L must have been on side & I posted that here on HC.
Now I'm not so sure. If it is so why haven't Dennison, & their mates the WCU directors, told the market to scare off any other potential bidders & to really nail home the futility of resisting their offer.

The boards response is too bullying & gives me the feeling they may not have things as neatly sown up as they are trying to project. If I am right only Ms L could be the reason.

I'm hoping enough shareholders hang out for a while & see how much they sweat if the initial take up is poor. I also note there is no closing date for the bid.A lack of confidence in success ???
