Re: Around 2016, I may start rotation into properties after a 50% (minimum) correction. I suspect many (higher end properties) may fall 60% or more.
Not sure you will have to wait until 2016 for the lowest price. When it comes to Asset Price Cycles, the down can be almost as quick as the up. 65 five year ago, I thought a cycle was the gadget I rode up and down the garden path, now I know a cycle as a means to make money. I have been in copper and gold for several years now, but sooner or later, common sense dictates that I will have to get out of them, like pedals on any cycle, they go up and down.
