please read the last ann. The TSI board are recommendation existing TSI holders ignore the offer at this moment. From the tone, the TSI management are not as keen as TSE management sell TSI to the Thai people. Also the offer price might reduce due to future dividend payment and performance targets been hit or not. We will get one more dividends by the year. So the price might reduce by that amount.
