The recently drilled core hole, Talma #1, flowed gas to surface during permeability testing. The cores obtained
from the productive zones are undergoing extensive testing and analysis by the Company?s specialist advisors,
with their final report due soon. The preliminary indication is that there is the potential for a significant gas
resource to be contained within the Kangaroo Creek sandstones that sit above the Walloon coals
