    RBS are in favour of TXN taking the entire proceeds of the SPP...

    The thought of TXN selling so cheap when they do not have to amazes me.

    Obviously I can see the merit in having more money in the coffers but allocating shares to people at .65 makes my blood boil.

    Let's hope they apply some common sense here and don't give in to influential agendas..

    $1.20.. here we come!
