Nice try amhtet, but your maths is not quite there.
You are comparing a closing cash position at 31 Dec with capital expenditure over a 1, 2 or 3 year time frame.
You need to do a cash flow projection to see whether BHP is in deficit.
If you do, you will find they are not.
