Hi Oneforthe, Spot on Boards think retail shareholders are a nuisance to be barely tolerated and ignored most of the time.
I call us "little mushrooms" we are kept in the dark by company management and the Board and are the last to be told anything of any importance.
They only pay any attention to small holders when they are legally obligated to or if they happen to need our money when the banks won't give them any i.e the business is very early stage and too risky or such as in the middle of the GFC when there was no money to be had.
