Anything is possible but I doubt they will do what u just describe
These sort of tatics reverse for financial engineers like allco
Babcock etc...

Ezcorp is a company that concentrate on running business that make their holder real return from real profit and they are extremely capable of doing it so there is no need for them to resort to these sort of tatcis.

It is fair to say most company if they can get away with paying for decent business cheap they do so and ezcorp is no different but i dont think they do dodgy deals to acheived their goal.

The deal struck is not the best for ccv but it is no way unethical
It still required independent report and a vote
I wait and see before I do anything irrational
