Conglin Yue is an Australian of Chinese decent who has been a junior explorer investor for a number of years. He is what the trade calls "a whale"- a big investor who knows a good project. I guess you could call him a Warren Buffet of Aussie juniors to make the point.
I think his first hit was Mount Gibson Iron. But there are many that have followed. And I think several of us value CY in part because rare earths have been dominated by China. He also could be a potential takeover bidder. So the bottom line is, at such a speculative stage, to have such big names (like CY, LYC and now Dudley Kingsnorth) in your stock is a boost to the stock story's credibility.
