Gillard has some choices:

1. Do nothing and let Kevin continue his rampage.

2. Give him a severe talking to - "Now listen here Kevin, you must stop this or I will send you to the naughty corner".

3. Make Kevin go to the back bench (the real naughty corner), thus stripping him of all his Foreign Minister perks. Oooooooh dear!

3. ???????

If decisions 2 or 3 are made,Kevin will spit the dummy. If he resigns from Parliament, then a by election must be held in the seat of Griffith. If Labor loses this then
the Gillard/Brown government cannot continue.
