The most recent placement was for 1 cent and raised $2.5 million through the issuance of 250 million shares.

The placement before was 0.0001 and raised $21,000 through the issuance of 210 million shares.

Sometime between now and June another 210 million shares will be issued on the exercise of 210 million options at also 0.0001 to raise a further $21,000.
