Well if they were truly serious they would drop the white elephant in the room called the National Broadband Network! They will make cuts here and there no doubt about it and they will get some backlash - but they will won't do anything to collapse the housing market especially if it is in as a precarious state as you continuously spruik it is! It would end their completely hopeless government if they did, and we know one thing for sure is that politicians will protect their own interests!
