Agree 100% with you maslow, typical short sightedness of our Federal Government.
But let's face it, PRR is not beholdent to the Federal Government to reach its goals. Assuming the Nasdaq listing goes ahead as planned, PRR will be able to access a source of funds far larger and more aware of the upside to biotechs than on offer here.
Pity is the jobs, taxes and other benefits to the local economy that PRR may create, would now go offshore to US or Europe or ???.
