re: biotechs (prr) PRR is a sleeper but all these are only down due to investors ripping out their cash to shove into the Metals market. NOW is the time to do some counter cyclic accumulation on the good ones that are oversold, top of my list would go PRR...That is a stand out for what they have on the go.
You may have to wait up to 6 months before favour turns back to this sector.
