and what does an investor find, when looking at past (annual) reports?????? - ahhh - just some smiling, rotund gentlemen, who seem to be collecting fees, from several companies.

the last capital raising had the following comment..

"The Board of MXR is enthusiastic about the future prospects for growth of the Company over the coming twelve
months and strongly recommends the SPP to all of our loyal shareholders."

lol - shareholders who are as loyal as the last share price!!!!.. . given the last share price, it could be, that "loyal shareholders", are more loyal to their wallets

one wonders what the "board" comments were, in relation to past capital raisings. watso cannot be bothered to check out past capital raisings, but wonders if the board, were also "enthusiastic" about the company's prospects

anyway, it is great to have "loyal shareholders", who provide the opportunity, for board members, to show their "rotund" noggins on the annual report
