santos do you understand that there is a big difference between production testing and actual production values.

Testing values are always much higher because gas wells and especially the type in CC decline exponentially.

Maybe it did test at 5mmcf but that still prob means its first year average production wouldn't be more than 1.5mmcf delining rapidly to a value more like 500mcf in the medium term.

Even if you believe the values you need to put them in context of what they mean which is what i think you are missing.
