Hello wessa and hard man,

Yes, the closer I've looked at MCX over recent weeks, the more I like what I see. I've been accumulating MCX as funds become available with the intention of establishing a solid long-term holding.

I have also accumulated quite a few of MCX's substantial shareholder (SFN) which holds around 20% of MCX. MCX and SFN actually have the same CEO...Mr Darren Olney-Fraser. I am impressed with the Boards of both companies.

Similar to MCX, SFN also has substantial accumulated tax losses to be utilised. SFN was actually nicely profitable in their most recent half year to Dec.
