Alan Jones? Well he may have made a slip of the tongue, he talks fast and says a lot, he does it on the spur of the moment, probably quoting hundreds of figures off the top of his head every day, and probably getting 99.99% of them correct.
I think Jones was erroneously talking about Australia's contribution to the total amount of C02 present in our atmosphere (0.0005%), and in fact was being generous when quoting 0.001%.
But hey, what's 0.0005% between mates? 0.0005% or 0.001% are both extremely small numbers are they not? Not sure if that includes bushfires, burps, farts, etc. but lets not get our panties in a twist, we'll just say the 0.0005% is purely human induced C02. Why sweat the small stuff lol.
Hardly significant? And yet sooooooo concerning to some that they attempt to wage their own little war against a talk show host for a slip of the tongue? LOL!
But hey butcherboy, you keep on stamping your indignant little foot, best of luck with your tantrum against Jones. Many have tried to silence him and just as many have failed, perhaps you'll be the exception, and a hero for your cause :)
Those on HC that are spruiking "climate change", seem to be made up of 2 main groups.
1. Chronic Labor/Green supporters.
2. People who actually believe it.
How many people, in either of those 2 groups has done what sushi1 has done, and converted their home to solar powered?
Not too many I reckon. And sushi1 doesn't belong in either of those 2 groups from what I've read. (apologies if I'm mistaken sushi1).
