Even if they are, the timing is lousy - the NASDAQ listing will throw a spanner into the PRR share price for the first few weeks. In all likelihood, PRR's price will become overbought early, leading to a selloff by ST holders. Dendreon would be wise to wait a month or so to gauge market sentiment before showing their hand.
My observations of takeover talk on HC is that it's 99.8% talk, and about 0.2% actual takeover. So don't get too excited. . .
