FWIW, here is the transcript of the Alcoa CEO's earnings call for Q1. Couldn't find a similar quote to what tc mentioned but there's a lot of detailed information about aluminium demand etc moving forward. Only scanned the (very long) article. Will re-read when I get home from work.
