Hey Judge, in that latest Bioshares report they mentioned this with regards to TIS:

While negotiations are progressing TIS have contracted third parties to develop financial models for the wound healing market for the treatment of diabetic and venous ulcers. TIS have also commisioned a health economics analysis for the use of VitroGro, which will presumably give information on the price it might be able to sustain in the market from payors.

They then go on to say that:

We place a high probability that TIS will be successful in negotiating a global license agreement in the coming month (this was published 11 March).
