    Dont get it NSW. If you sell part of a cake you have lets say the bigger part of the cake left over and some money. Same in a company and a raising you cant have your cake and eat it too. We needed cash, we now have cash. The SP has held up well ATM, its ok I reckon. That 6 percent if thats what it was to the brokers sounds exy but there may be costs, maybe its standard, i dont know, every one needs to make a buck.

    The guys buying in dont need a 40 percent discount as there is 40 percent dillusion as they are buying into a company with more shares but a truckload of cash, do you see what I mean. They got a little discount and some free ops we get the cash. Seems ok,... does that make sense or am I a bit lost in the facts.
