There is no clear line when it comes to deciding who is rich and who is not kingrichard. But generally the rich could be considered to be those in the top 5% of wealthy people. The ones who own several gas guzzling big cars, live in mansions full of energy sucking appliances, maybe have a 10+ metre motorcruiser which spews copious diesel fumes on the rare occasions they use it, maybe live a jet-setter lifestyle with all the pollution that generates etc etc I'm sure you get the picture. All fair enough if thats what they want but as we all share the planet I think it's reasonable that as big consumption = big pollution they should pay their share of dealing with the problem they cause for us all.
